Ingredients
- 2 amritsari urad dal waris
- 2 brinjals cut into big cubes
- 2 potatoes cut into big cubes
- 2 big cubes of bottle gourd(lauki)
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes grinded
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp finely chopped corridor leaves
- 1 tsp ginger,garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp haldi
- 1/4 tsp red chilli pd
- 1/4 tsp dhania pd
- 1/4 tsp garam masala pd

Steps
- Heat oil pressure cooker.
- Fry amritsari waris till golden on both sides.
- Remove and keep it aside.
- In the same oil saute onions till transparent.
- Add potatoes, bottle gourd, brinjals,mix and saute for 5mins.
- Add grinded tomatoes,salt,all dry masalas and saute for 10mins.
- Add waris,mix and saute for more 5mins.
- Add enough water to soak the veggies.
- Close the lid and pressure cook for 2whistles.
- Allow it to cool completely.
- Open the lid,check the consistency.
- If to thick add little water, adjust the taste and cook for 5mins.
- Transfer in a serving dish.
- Garnish with corridor leaves.
- Serve hot with rice and phulkas.
