Ingredients
- 100 grams gavarfali
- 2 tablespoons groundnuts
- 2 tablespoons chana dal / split chickpeas
- 1 tablespoons urad dal
- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon whole coriander
- Pinch off Hing
- 2 red chilli and two green chilli each
- Handful curry patta
- 4 cloves garlic
- As required tamarind
- As required Salt
- 3 tablespoons oil
Steps
- Cut and wash gavarfali and keep it aside. Take oil in a kadai add Jeera / cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chana dal / split bengal gram, urad dal /, whole coriander, groundnuts and Hing.
