Mini Palak samosa stuffing with black chana - Black gram urad dal

Ingredients

  1. 5-6 palak leaves / spinach (make paste)
  2. 1 cup maida / all purpose flour
  3. as per taste salt
  4. as needed oil for fry
  5. For stuffing
  6. 1 cup boil chana / chickpeas
  7. 1 tsp oil
  8. 1 big onion chopped
  9. 1 big tomatoes chopped
  10. 5-6 curry leaves
  11. 1/2 red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1 tsp chana masala
  14. 1/2 jeera powder / cumin powder
  15. as per taste salt
  16. as needed coriander leaves

Steps

  1. For samosa cover,Take bowl add 1 cup maida salt, hot oil and palak paste,make a dough like chapati
     
     
  2. For chana stuffing,Take a kadai add oil in it. after that add curry leaves onion,onion will change colour add tomatoes sauté for few second
     
     
  3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, boil chana, chana masala and salt saute for few second and turn off the gas
     
     
  4. For making mini samosa,take small round of dough and give oval shape
     
     
  5. After that cut in two parts and make samosa shape,add stuffing,close the edges properly.
