Ingredients
- 5-6 palak leaves / spinach (make paste)
- 1 cup maida / all purpose flour
- as per taste salt
- as needed oil for fry
- For stuffing
- 1 cup boil chana / chickpeas
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 big onion chopped
- 1 big tomatoes chopped
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1/2 red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chana masala
- 1/2 jeera powder / cumin powder
- as per taste salt
- as needed coriander leaves
Steps
- For samosa cover,Take bowl add 1 cup maida salt, hot oil and palak paste,make a dough like chapati
- For chana stuffing,Take a kadai add oil in it. after that add curry leaves onion,onion will change colour add tomatoes sauté for few second
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, boil chana, chana masala and salt saute for few second and turn off the gas
- For making mini samosa,take small round of dough and give oval shape
