- 2 bowls Rice
- 1/2 bowl Urad dal
- Salt as per taste
- 4 Boiled potatoes
- 2 Chopped onions
- 2 Chopped green chillies
- 1 pinch Hing
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Oil as required for sauteing
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tomato chopped
Steps
- Soak rice and dal for 8 hours. Drain water and grind smoothly in a blender adding some water. Mix the batters. Add salt and mix well. Add some water for dropping consistency.
- For assembling. Take a dosa. Add a spoonful of bhaji in between. Make a roll and fasten with a toothpick.
