Stuffed mini dosas

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 bowls Rice
  2. 1/2 bowl Urad dal
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 4 Boiled potatoes
  5. 2 Chopped onions
  6. 2 Chopped green chillies
  7. 1 pinch Hing
  8. 1 sprig Curry leaves
  9. 2 tbsp Oil
  10. Oil as required for sauteing
  11. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  12. 1 Tomato chopped

Steps

  1. Soak rice and dal for 8 hours. Drain water and grind smoothly in a blender adding some water. Mix the batters. Add salt and mix well. Add some water for dropping consistency.
     
     
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add rye and hing. Add curry leaves. Saute onions and green chillies till golden. Add tomatoes. Add potatoes salt turmeric powder and mix well.
       
  3. Heat a tava. Add a ladle full batter. Make mini dosas adding oil on sides. Cook on both sides till done
     
     
  4. For assembling. Take a dosa. Add a spoonful of bhaji in between. Make a roll and fasten with a toothpick. Serve with dry podi powder.
