Ingredients
- 1 bowl boiled chana
- 2 pieces tomatoes
- 2 pieces onion
- 1 inch ginger
- 5_6 pieces Garlic
- 2 spoon oil
- to taste Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, gram masala according
- 1 tbsp Jeera
- 1 tbsp Dry coriander powder
Steps
- Best onion, tomato, ginger & garlic in grinder
- Take a pan and heat oil. Saute jeera & coriander powder
- Now saute beat masala in pan for 15 min.
- After this mix dry masala and cook it for five min.
- Now mix boiled chana and cook it for ten min.
- Now masala is ready.
