- 250 gms Rice flour
- 150 gms chana dal soaked for 3-4 hours
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 green chillies (make fine paste)
- 2 tablespoons chopped Coriander leaves

- Firstly make a dough of rice flour with warm water. In rice flour add salt and make dough like roti dough and cover with muslin clothes and keep aside.
- Then make a fine paste of chana dal.
- Now in bowl take Chana dal paste add salt, green chillies paste, red chilli, Turmeric powder chopped coriander leaves and mix it nicely.
- Meanwhile in big vessels boil water.
- Now take dough and again knead it. After that take roti size dough and through palm make Puri and cut into two parts in one part give shapes like samosa and fill mixture and fold like samosa and you make different shapes as desired.
- You make all samosa and put in that warm water vessels slowly slowly and boil them for 10 min. You also check with fork. After that you one by one bring out from warm water and let them cool and serve it.
